We are a pilates studio that wants to carry on teaching Joseph Pilates method in its closest form, no changes or additions. we believe if it worked perfectly then, it should work perfectly now.

The studio offers Pilates Privates, Open Studio sessions, and Self Practice. The studio opened in 2009, and it was the first studio in Kuwait that is dedicated to only teaching Pilates and offering Classical Pilates. We use GRATZ equipment.

We want clients to come to the studio with their full potential to workout; ready to transform their bodies through Pilates original corrective exercises and have fun while doing so.
